Really amazing work, but I think your TOS requirement (e.g. that I'm not allowed to make a signature or avatar) is too harsh, because you're copying the works of artists who drew this to begin with - and I'm not sure whether you're even asking them for permissions. It's not your original work - hence you do exactly what you don't want others to be doing to your work.

The work is still amazing, but I thought I'd just throw that in so you might give it a second thought. I know how much effort and pain making such a decent vector is, but it doesn't change the facts.

I do understand where you're coming from, however as far as fanarts go, those are the rules.
We make a point of giving credits to the original artists and copyrights holders, and the rules help to keep usage as non-abusive as possible. We could, of course, simply stop making these wallpapers and stop providing them to the public altogether, but in the spirit of anime and manga and the support it draws from fanarts, we are able to provide these given certain restrictions. If you are not happy with the rules, you are certainly not required to use these wallpapers. If you can abide by them, we are always happy to share.

I'm sorry, I do not provide lessons since that is difficult without in-person communication. But I'm sure you can google for GIMP tutorials ;).

It sure has been a long while, but you haven't lost your touch, Im glad the wait is over and Im especially glad when I read this "and still I don't think I can ever give up walling :)"
As far as the wall goes I can't go and not compare it to the "recent" Kenshin wall, but honestly I like this on more, but I think its only because of my personal tastes in colors, and I just love the lightning in this wall. As always I am looking forward yo your new stuff with great expectations, welcome back Jade!
