Jay

Since grade school, Jay has held an avid interest in all things art and anime-related. Mixed with the right amount of influence from several arts, web, and digital graphics communities, this quickly grew into a dedicated hobby popularly referred to as "walling" - the art of making wallpapers.
Jay's collection now sports over 150 high quality wallpapers, based on several popular Japanese anime and manga series. Over the years, her work has been recognized in several niche anime & manga walling communities such as AnimePaper.Net and MiniTokyo.Net, and can be found on her website at www.theJADEDnetwork.com.

When she isn't stuck in a state of walling-zen, Jay works as a Creative & Marketing Supervisor at an IT company, and freelances as a graphic and web designer on the side.

The Blog

I'm writing this blog based on my various interests, which range from website and graphic design to making anime and game wallpapers on theJADEDnetwork. I would like to share any experiences I've had in any of these areas, and also to hear about the thoughts and ideas my readers might have about the projects I'm working on. And just to add some color to the blogging process, I may also include a few blurbs about everyday life.

Who is behind TJN?

My name is Jay Lee, and I have traveled to the East Coast of the United States, studied in Kyoto, Japan for a time, and currently live in Southern California.
My preferred art mediums include: digital on adobe products, corel, web; fine on oil-on-canvas or charcoal; photography in black and white, with a focus on portraiture and music; and classical music on piano.

I work as a graphic designer and web developer with a primary interest in marketing, advertising, and business.
