At the suggestion of my good friend Pot Sticker (aka Florence =P), I've decided to use the wall called "Timeless Story," based on the anime series Gankutsuou.Click on the image to view a larger version. Before

The girl is based on the scan, and the rest of the background was drawn and brushed (is that a word now? xp) on Photoshop.
