I can't find bowan (ボワン). I'm pretty sure it has the same meaning as bon.
It appears many times in one of my mangas as something magically appearing in a puff of smoke.
Also, love this site. :)

Hello, I couldn't find any of these sfx on the site. In fact I'm not even sure what katakana/hiragana is being used here.

the sfx are visible in the image.
This looks like it might be similar to *doku doku* and *kopo kopo*. Do you have the rest of the panel/scan for reference?

Vladimus, I'm pretty sure that is a gasping sound. "Guah!" Does seem to work fine. I would translate it as "Gasp!" Just to prevent other people having the same confusion you did.

I can't find ヌプッ
Is the meaning similar to グプッ?
Do you have the scan for context?

Does かぷ have the same meaning as がぷ or ぱく? If it does could someone add it to the SFX list.
Great website! It really helps a lot, Thanks!

I posted a question yesterday about the sound effect ぐはっ, and I guess it got denied for some reason so I'm posting it again. I'm not really sure what it means so here's a link with the page. I'd appreciate your thoughts on this. http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff302/Nihongofreak/Manga/Rappi_v08_c042_056.jpg

I can't find a meaning for ぐはっ. The context is kind of a surprising or shocking moment and the character is cluching his shirt at his chest and has a look of horror on his face with whited out eyes. Putting it as Guah! seemed fine to me. Any ideas? Thanks

Does anyone know what ズダッッ means? I'm not getting any results anywhere.

Last one for today, sorry for making it into three messages :/
ピクン -> usually used in adult doujinshi. This term I always translate as a hard *Shudder* / *Tremble* (I have numerous reference images but most of them are unacceptable for a clean environment, however just ask if you need)
