Didn't find this sfx: スツ
It's a fairly common sfx in Naruto. I've come across it about 7 times.
(I found its meaning from another site. It's for slow movement of an arm, leg, or some other part of the body).
Perhaps you might be referring to this one? *su*. Or is it *sutsu*? (I haven't seen sutsu yet)

Can you please help identifying the キチッ sfx here? http://img833.imageshack.us/img833/5346/075kichi.jpg
Referencing *kichi kichi* I might use *shing* to emphasize the precise or sharp feeling of those razor things. I would also say this may be very similar to *kachi*, for a clicking, snapping sound of those razors.

Some more help? ホクンッ or ホウンッ at the top. I kept the bottom of the image for context, they're sounds made while making coffee, if that helps.
I wonder if this might be a countdown pattern, like "step 1" you do this to make the coffee, and step 2 and so forth.
Do you have the previous pages to this context as well?
My guess is based on just the *wan* part: Jisho: wan
